I can’t login … what can I do?
Our login system requires that you enter your username or email AND password exactly as you did when you first registered (case-sensitive, with no extra spaces at the beginning or end).
If you prefer, you can also try the Passwordless Login option at the bottom of the login page, which will also send you a time-sensitive email which will allow you to login with a password. If you use this option, please be sure to reset your password via your My Customer Account page as soon as you gain access.
If you do not see either of the above emails in your inbox, check any spam/junk folders you might have.
(Please note: Some email services frequently prevent delivery of such emails, particularly free providers such as Yahoo!, Hotmail or other similar services. We recommend avoiding using these email accounts with your iCreate account if at all possible.)

How can I manage my iCreate email subscription?
All members are encouraged to subscribe to our free email list. Through this list, we share updates about on-site events, special promotions, new products and other activity on our sites, which includes iCreateForDolls.com and iCreateMarketplace.com.
