I can't login ... what can I do?
Our login system requires that you enter your username or email AND password exactly as you did when you first registered (case-sensitive, with no extra spaces at the beginning or end).
If you prefer, you can also try the Passwordless Login option at the bottom of the login page, which will also send you a time-sensitive email which will allow you to login with a password. If you use this option, please be sure to reset your password via “My iCreate Dashboard” as soon as you gain access.
If you do not see either of the above emails in your inbox, check any spam/junk folders you might have.
(Please note: Some email services frequently prevent delivery of such emails, particularly free providers such as Yahoo!, Hotmail or other similar services. We recommend avoiding using these email accounts with your iCreate account if at all possible.)
If you’ve tried all of the above and still cannot login, please contact us for assistance using the form on the left.
Can I change my membership plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time by visiting the “My Memberships” link at the top of the page. Membership fees are prorated based on your original sign-up date.
Information about all currently available plans can by found via the Membership Plans link at the top of every page.
If you’re considering downgrading your membership, please keep in mind that you will immediately lose any features associated with your current membership. You will also lose any discounts you might have had with your original membership. If there is content you don’t want to lose, be sure to copy and save it elsewhere before downgrading your membership.
How can I update my credit card information for my premium membership account?
Visit the “My Memberships” page (linked at the top of every page), then choose the “Subscriptions” tab. There you’ll be able to update your credit information.
NOTE: If you membership payment is declined because of insufficient funds or an expired/incorrect card, the system will automatically retry the payment on a daily basis up to three times. After that, your membership will be cancelled automatically and all related access immediately revoked.
How do I get my pin on the Member Map?
To add your pin, visit your iCreate Dashboard (via the “My iCreate Dashboard” link at the top of the page). Enter your location via the “Location” tab.

Can I change my username?
Usernames cannot be changed without creating a new account; however, you can change your display name at any time. Simply visit your iCreate Dashboard, choose the “Profile” tab, then select the “Edit” link. Make any desired changes to your name, then click “Save Changes”.
The only way to change your username is to cancel your account by contacting support (via the form on the left) and then creating a new account with your desired username. (Keep in mind that if you have a paid membership, you will lose any discounts associated with that membership if you create a new account.)
How can I offer my products for sale at iCreate for Dolls?
We offer three memberships which allow you to sell your products:
iCreate Plus: Option to sell products on a pay-per-product basis. Current rates are $5.00 per 30-day listing. Does not include a storefront and listings are limited to one category and four images. No cart functions are offered – your product description must include instructions on how you may be contacted to purchase the product.
iCreate Catalog: Open your own storefront on our website, including banner, logo, description and an unlimited number of products. Products are not sold on-site – each product includes an external link to where customers can complete their purchase (such as your Etsy shop, Crafty shop, personal website, etc.)
iCreate Shop: Let us design your very own standalone website, complete with shop and a variety of other special features! Includes a linked iCreate Catalog shop with the option of having your products automatically imported from your website to your Catalog shop.

How can I manage my Spark! email subscription?
All members are encouraged to subscribe to our free Spark! email list. Through Spark!, we share updates about on-site events, special promotions, new products and other activity on the site. It is also the avenue through which we notify premium members when new issues of iCreate Monthly become available.

iCreate Monthly is our exclusive monthly publication featuring a Q&A-style interview with someone just like YOU who creates for dolls PLUS projects with full-size pattern pieces, printables, resources, special offers and more!
Each issue is offered in two formats – as a downloadable/printable PDF as well as a professionally printed soft-cover book.
All premium members receive access to the PDF version for FREE as a member benefit during a limited time period, beginning one week before the beginning of the month and lasting for approximately 30 days. Premium members also receive a discount on the print version during that time period.
Each issue becomes available for individual purchase to ALL members on the 1st of the month. Back issues are available on an ongoing basis.
