Jumper attaches with four buttons, or use an elastic belt for a simpler project. This pantskirt outfit is easily made from 1/4 yard of cotton fabric and 1/8th yard of knit fabric. (You can also use fat quarters!) Mix and match your fabrics to create a wardrobe of options in just one afternoon.
