Marketplace – As an iCreate Seller, you now have your own dedicated Catalog “storefront” in the iCreate Marketplace. You can customize your shop and manage your product listings via the “My Catalog Dashboard” link found at the top of every page on our site. If you are an iCreate Shop member, you also have your own dedicated off-site website. You will find additional resources under the “Shop Support” and “Shop Add-Ons” tabs on this Seller Hub page.

Creative Resources Directory – Looking for a supply source for your next creative doll project? Having trouble finding doll-sized embellishments? Interested in what others have to say about a new-to-you resource … or willing to share your own customer experiences? Visit the Creative Resources Directory via the site navigation menu on the left. As an iCreate Seller, you are also welcome to suggest additions to the directory via the button at the bottom of the page. If you offer a resource that fits one of the categories in our directory, this is a way to help other members find you!

iCreate Reference Library – Find yourself searching for the same information again and again? Need to brush up on a technique or find out what others have done before proceeding with your project? Check the iCreate Reference Library via the site navigation menu on the left. As an iCreate Seller, you are also welcome to suggest additions to the library via the form found in the sidebar.

On-Site & Email Marketing Opportunities – As an iCreate Seller, you are encouraged to request to be added to our Insiders Marketing Group. This is where you can stay up-to-date on the current marketing opportunities available on our site and receive support from fellow sellers. You are also eligible to advertise on-site as well as through our weekly and monthly email services. See the “Marketing” tab here on the Seller Hub for more information.

iCreate for Dolls PDF Magazine Subscription – Watch your inbox on the first day of the month each January, March, May, July, September and November for access to the latest issue of our bi-monthly printable magazine, including articles about your favorite designers, crafty projects & tutorials, special offers and other goodies of interest to those who create for dolls! Premium access for each issue ends on the last day of the month of publication.

Blog – Write & share your own blog posts on the iCreate Blog! Manage your blog posts via the “Posts & Projects” tab on your iCreate Dashboard.

Project Studio – Create and share your own Project posts in the Project Studio! Create and manage your posts via the “Posts & Projects” tab on your iCreate Dashboard.

Social Scene – In addition to being able to view the social media feeds of other members, as an iCreate Plus member you can now add your own! To submit your feed(s), visit the Social Scene page via the site navigation menu on the left, then click the orange “Add My Feed” button and complete the quick form on the next page.

Groups – As an iCreate Plus member, you now have the opportunity to request being added to our private groups, including the iCreate Insiders Marketing Group, the Designers Only group and the Handmade Sellers Only group. Many of our groups also included a private forum. You are also eligible to apply to be the group leader for groups advertising that need. To request addition to one or more of those groups, visit the Groups page and click “Join Group” for the groups to which you want to be added. To be considered as a group leader for a particular group, email support and let us know!

Before making changes to your iCreate Seller membership, please consider…

• You will be creating a new membership under the currently available terms. This means you will lose any discounts or special terms applied to your existing membership.

• All membership changes take place immediately. Fees are pro-rated at the time you make the change.

• If you are downgrading your membership, you will immediately lose access to any features provided exclusively by your existing membership. This means if you have content you need to save or store elsewhere, you will need to do so BEFORE changing your membership.

• If you are upgrading your membership, you will retain all benefits of your existing membership because all of our memberships are progressive and include all benefits of all memberships below them on the membership ladder.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Customer Service” tab_id=”1490888554319-92492727-3e88″][vc_column_text]All iCreate Sellers are expected to provide customer service to their customers in a fair and timely manner. Members are encouraged to contact sellers directly if they have an issue with a product or service.

If a customer contacts iCreate with an issue, we will suggest they contact the seller first. If they come back to us indicating they feel they did not receive the service they deserve, we will try to assist. In the event we feel sellers are treating customers unfairly, we will contact you in an effort to resolve the problem. As a last resort, we reserve the right to end your seller membership with us if we feel customers are being treating inappropriately and the situation cannot be rectified.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Marketing” tab_id=”1490887926430-f3c83a99-2e1d”][vc_column_text]Marketing can be a challenge for anyone who sells a product or service. Email Promotions:

Spark! Weekly Email: Each Friday, we send out an email to all iCreate members featuring select Marketplace products, as well as ads posted on our Marketplace home page sidebar.

Featured Products: As a seller, you are allowed to choose up to two products per week to be included in Spark!, which is designated by checking off the last box on the form used to create or edit your products via your Catalog Dashboard. Make sure your products are posted by noon (Mountain Time) each Thursday for the given week. Check this page to keep track of which products are currently scheduled to be included. (If a product is shown there you no longer want included, simply edit that product via your Catalog Dashboard and uncheck the last box.)

Special Offers: All ads visible on the Marketplace home page sidebar as of noon on Thursday will automatically be included in the next day’s Spark! Please email your 600×500-pixel ad to Kristin before the deadline for best results.


On-Site Advertising

We offer paid advertising opportunities on select areas of our site. As an iCreate Seller, you will automatically be given three free ad slots each month. (You will be able to tell if you have free slots available by looking at the pricing options when you begin the process of placing an ad. If you have slots available, the price will show as “$0.00”.)  Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Placing an On-site Ad: Visit the “My Ad Manager” link found at the top of the site. There you can click the “Create A New Ad” button found at the bottom of the page.

Options include:

Marketplace Special Offers: These are 600×500-pixel ads intended for sharing special offers, such as sales, subscription incentives, coupon codes, etc. Up to 3 of these ads may be displayed randomly on the Marketplace home page. Ads displayed on this page will also automatically be included in the iCreate Spark! email sent to all iCreate members each Friday. Please email Kristin a 600×500-pixel version of your ad by noon Thursday if you’d like it to appear full-size in the email.

Hub Seller Logo Slot: These are 250×250-pixel ads shown in random order in the upper right corner of The Hub. Ad changes with each page refresh. This area is limited to 3 ads scheduled at a time.

My Ad Manager is also where you can manage your existing listings, as well as view statistical information about your ad views and clicks.


Other iCreate Seller Marketing Opportunities:

• Help spread the word about your products & services by submitting a listing to the Creative Resources Directory.

• Share your ideas, tutorials, behind-the-scenes info and other items of interest to our readers through the iCreate Blog! Write, edit and manage your posts through the “Posts & Projects” tab on your iCreate Dashboard.

• Have an off-site blog? Add your feed via this form and a link will automatically appear in the sidebar of our Blog page each time you add a new post.

• Add your Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram feeds to our Social Scene by submitting your links using the orange “Add My Feed” button.

• Use your Catalog Shop’s “Seller Info” and/or “Shop Description” sections to let visitors know how to sign up for your email list, including a link to your off-site sign-up page. Customize these areas via the “My Catalog Dashboard” page under the “Store Settings” tab.

• Host an event in the iCreate Chat Room. Ideas include:
* Mystery Guest Chat: You sign in under an anonymous “Mystery Guest” login, then attendees ask questions and try to guess your identity. The winner receives a prize provided by you, such as a free product, special discount coupon, or other prize of your choice.
* Seller Q&A Chat: You prepare a few facts or other items of interest to share with attendees, then invite them to ask questions, which you will answer during the chat. This is another opportunity to provide prizes, either to everyone who attends (ie. a free download, special coupon, etc.) or to those who answer a question correctly or via whatever other methods you choose.
* Challenge Chat: You prepare a free tutorial or pattern to be provided to everyone who attends the chat. Attendees have the opportunity to ask questions or chat with you during the event, then they are “challenged” to complete the project and post photos in a special album in our Photo Gallery by a given deadline. Once the deadline passes, you could then offer a reward to all who participate, such as a special coupon, another freebie, etc.

To schedule a chat, email and let us know what you have in mind. Once approved, your event will be added to the iCreate Community Calendar.

  1. The owner and administration of iCreate for Dolls is not liable for the actions of individual members or sellers on our site, nor for any activity occurring outside of, including the actions, behaviors, policies or products of sellers who represent themselves in our Marketplace.
  2. For the protection of all concerned, iCreateForDolls does not allow the use of trademarked names in product listing titles by anyone other than the trademark holder. This includes doll brands (ie. American Girl™) as well as product suppliers (ie. Velcro™). Products may be categorized by trademarked doll type via selection from a pre-determined list of attributes to assist customers with finding products which are compatible with their chosen dolls. Product descriptions may list specific trademarked doll brands but only if it’s made very clear that the product is made for use with the doll and you have no affiliation with the trademark holder. Product listings violating this policy with be removed without warning.
  3. It is the responsibility of the seller to understand and respect all copyright laws. This includes the use of copyrighted images, text, designs and any and all other relevant materials. iCreate for Dolls will not be held liable for copyright infringements and reserves the right to remove questionable product listings without warning.
  4. Sellers at iCreate for Dolls are expected to provide high quality products in a professional manner. The administration of iCreate for Dolls reserves the right to reject sellers and/or products who do not meet this standard.
  5. All external links in product listings must directly link users to products provided by the member seller. No other linking (ie. affiliate links) is allowed by member sellers.
  6. Providing excellent customer service is a priority at iCreate for Dolls. It is the responsibility of the seller to handle all customer service issues pertaining to his or her own products, services and behavior in a timely manner. In the event an iCreate member contacts iCreate administration for assistance, we will first direct them to the seller in question. If the member is unable to receive appropriate assistance from the seller, we reserve the right to discontinue our relationship with that seller.
  7. Sellers must represent themselves under their own brand or business name, not as “iCreate for Dolls” or derivations of such.
  8. iCreate for Dolls makes every effort to maintain a secure site, including maintaining a sitewide SSL certificate; however, we will not be held responsible for security issues caused by user or outsider misconduct or for insecure practices by sellers outside of our website.
  9. The administration of iCreate for Dolls will make every effort to ensure the site is open and operational at all times, with the exception of announced short-term closures for maintenance; however, we will not be held accountable for seller issues caused by unanticipated closures or malfunctions due to technical difficulties.
  10. The availability of seller membership plans is subject to change at any time.
  11. Modifications or additions to this agreement may be made at any time without notification.
